Conditions and Welfare
- Helen Diaz doesn’t provide pornographic, erotic, fetish or animal fur modelling work, but is otherwise flexible
- Helen Diaz will require occasional breaks during her creative works and safe-guarding and safety measures must be implemented to ensure the well-being and safety of Helen Diaz
Images and Licensing
- Modification of any images involving Helen in any capacity require a written agreement and affirmative consent from Helen Diaz
- All images taken are not to be used on content or commercial sites without a signed agreement and affirmative consent from Helen Diaz (this includes distributing images on websites such OnlyFans, etc. ) but does not include non-commercial photographer portfolios
Payment of Services
- Home and local shoots require payment a week prior via bank transfer or PayPal
- Workshops, events and studio days require 100% payment two weeks prior to the event
- Photographic trips and expeditions abroad require a 100% non-refundable deposit, 100% of the trip must be paid one (1) month in advance prior to departure. Car hire and other services are paid in advance and cannot be refunded
- Cancellations may be refunded where it doesn’t cause Helen Diaz to suffer financial loss (unless stated or agreed otherwise by written agreement and affirmative consent)
- A receipt for services can be provided
